Take work email off your phone
One message before bed and you're not sleeping. Keep it on the computer.

What to take away
- Don't check your work email right before you go to bed.
- Better still, take it off your phone entirely — she has it on hers, and she knows.
- One thing in an email throws you off and then you can't sleep.
- Exercise, eat well, meditate, get enough sleep. At school even eating is on a schedule, so protect it where you can.
Why it works
The job follows you home through exactly one door, and it's the one in your pocket. Closing it is the single highest-leverage thing on the wellbeing list, because sleep is what everything else depends on.
